III. Revelation
A. Meaning – disclosure
B. Different revelations:
- Through nature – Ps. 19

- Through the Bible – I Jn. 5: 39
IV. Inspiration
A. Definition:
God’s superintending of human authors so that using their own individual personalities , they composed and recoded without error in the words of the original autographs His revelation to man.
B. Reference for inspiration
2 Tim. 3: 16 – 17 – inspiration comes from the Greek word theopneustos means God – breathed. Affirms that God is author of Scripture or Scripture is the product of His creative breath.
C. We believe in Verbal, Plenary Inspiration
The true doctrine concerns the original manuscripts ; Matt. 5: 18
V. Illumination
A. Meaning: when a person read the Bible the Holy Spirit makes him/ her to understand the Bible is called illumination.

VI. Interpretation
A. Interpret grammatically

C. Interpret according to the immediate and wider context
